Bi-County Healthcare Committee: Provides strategic planning for training and employment issues related to the region’s critical healthcare industry sector, and facilitates regional discussion and cooperation.

Community Entrepreneur Opportunity (CEO): Promotes entrepreneurism by providing business training for small business owners and people who want to open a small business.

Communications Committee: Develops strategic public relations plans and policy for community relations and outreach campaigns using various media.

Construction Technology Careers Council: A workforce development initiative that implements and markets construction career pre-apprenticeships in conjunction with trade resources. This is a joint venture among the school boards of Manatee and Sarasota counties, Suncoast Workforce and area construction industries.

Finance Committee: Reviews the President and CEO's recommended budget and makes recommendations to the Executive Committee. The Finance Committee consists of a Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, and members of the Board of Directors as appointed by the Chairman.

Youth Services Committee: Serves as the Youth Council prescribed by Workforce Investment Act law, and provides policy and oversight for Suncoast Workforce youth programs, with a focus on serving residents between the ages of 14 and 21.
